Monday 31 March 2014, Gaucin, partly cloudy, fresh SE wind, 16C

The Calle Convento/Calle del Pino Swift flock has grown rapidly in the last couple of days and at 2000hrs there were 50+ in the area; other than that just the local Booted and Short-toed Eagles to report. I've been listening hard but so far haven't managed to hear a European Bee-eater nor a Nightingale; it won't be long, though!
