A walk along the Camino de Gibraltar from 1000-1200hrs in beautiful spring sunshine produced the following:
Griffon Vulture, Short-toed Eagle, Great-spotted Woodpecker, Thekla Lark, Common and Pallid Swift, Barn Swallow, House Martin, 4x European Bee-eater, 2x Woodchat Shrike, Stonechat, Common Nightingale (at least 4 in song), 2x
Bonelli's Warbler (my first this year), Blackcap, Sardinian Warbler, Cetti's Warbler (heard), Serin and Cirl Bunting.
There were small groups (up to 10 individuals) of European Bee-eater moving over the village throughout the day.
